Creating Graphs and Charts from Your Form Responses

In this quick tutorial we will show how you can visualise data received from your form respondents.

As a form builder for Figma, not only Weavely allows you to design and publish forms from Figma but also visualise data you collected. You can access your form results within Figma, in the results tab in the plugin. And it will only take you one click to generate graphs and charts from the form responses.

Steps

Once you've collected responses to your form, you have two ways to access them - in the dashboard or directly in the plugin. You can use the former to export or delete data. But you can only create graphs and charts in the results tab in the plugin.

  1. Go to your form file and open the Weavely plugin. Go to the results tab. You will see an overview of all responses and an option to create charts in the left bottom corner.
  2. After clicking the "Create Charts" button, you will be able to specify which form field responses you want to visualise and choose the type of chart. Currently, Weavely offers pie and bar charts
  3. Your chart will be generated instantly. You can then customise it to fit your style. Change colours, fonts, or shapes - it's up to you!
